Note that the spellbook has been formatted to nicely fit the world's standard paper size: A4.

However, the US appear to have adopted a non-standard paper size, called "US letter". Instead of completely re-printing the entire spellbook, there is a simpler solution, namely to edit the PostScript files to make the output fit on the "US letter" paper size.

Edit the *.ps files and change the following line:
